1. Above package rates are nett in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR), inclusive of taxes and service charges.
2. 50% deposit upon confirmation and the balance
should be made less than 07 days before check-in date. Full payment of
the booking package should be made on Peak Season, Public Holiday,
School Holiday, Saturday and Sunday.
3. If you encounter any return email OR difficulties sending your
booking details through this form, you may send your booking details to
our help desk at this email address 
4. Response Time
This is not a real-time reservation option.
5. Generally, you should receive a confirmation e-mail from us
within 24-48 working hours (exclude Sat, Sun & Public Holiday) from
the date you submit this form. This is because we need to obtain
confirmation from the hotel you have chosen.
6. Reservation offices of certain hotels do not operate during
weekends and sometimes it may take longer to respond as certain hotels
take longer to respond to our booking requests.
7. Please be assured that you WILL NOT BE CHARGED in event we are not able to confirm your booking(s).
8. Please make any cancellations or amendments at least 05 working
days (exclude Sat, Sun, Peak Season and P. Holiday) prior to the day of
your expected arrival to prevent a one-night no-show charge imposed by
most hotels. Certain hotels cancellation policy might be different
according to booking dates; we will notify the exact cancellation
policy in the confirmation email.
9. Payment We ONLY received a payment by bank in/transfer/wire to our bank accounts:

10. Please note that we need to receive your funds cleared into our
bank accounts at least 07 working days from the date of your check-in.
11. All customers are deemed to have read and understood the
booking terms & conditions and agreed to it before making a
booking.
12. Upon confirmation of booking, a check-in voucher and a payment
receipt showing booking details will be emailed (via attachment) for
easy reference.
13. If booking is made less than 07 working days before check in date,
you have to make a full payment upon confirmation without prior notice.
Therefore no cancellation or amendment is allowed for last minute
booking.
14. If notification of cancellation is received before booking is confirmed, there will be no cancellation charge at all.
15. If notification of cancellation is received after booking is confirmed (hotel check-in voucher issued) and before the NON-CANCELLATION PERIOD, 5% charge will be imposed.
16. If notification of cancellation is received less than 03
Working days (NON-CANCELLATION PEIORD), 5% charge PLUS one room night
charge will be levied. (this cancellation term is only apply during
normal dates, not including Peak Season, Sat, Sun and Public Holiday.
Any cancellation policies dictated by the hotel during the peak season
will always super cede those stated here.
