GoRedang Cancellation Policy
At GoRedang, we understand that travel plans may change. To ensure fair scheduling for all guests and our crew, the following cancellation policy applies to all bookings including scuba diving, snorkelling trips, Jetcar experiences, island hopping, and private charters.
1. Booking Confirmation
- Full payment or deposit is required to confirm your booking.
- Bookings are only considered confirmed after payment has been received.
2. Guest Cancellation Policy
More than 14 days before activity/trip
- Full refund minus processing/admin fees.
7–14 days before activity/trip
- 50% refund of total booking amount.
Less than 7 days before activity/trip
- No refund will be provided.
No-show / late arrival
3. Weather & Sea Conditions
- Safety is our top priority.
- Activities may be postponed, modified, or cancelled due to unsafe weather or sea conditions.
- If GoRedang cancels due to weather:
- Guests may choose:
- Full refund, OR
- Reschedule credit (subject to availability).
4. PADI Courses & Diving Programs
- PADI materials, eLearning fees, and certification processing fees are non-refundable once activated or registered.
- Partial refunds are not available for incomplete courses.
5. Private Charter & Jetcar Bookings
- Private bookings require advance preparation and reserved time slots.
- Cancellation within 72 hours before trip/activity is non-refundable.
6. Rescheduling
- One-time rescheduling may be allowed subject to:
- Availability
- Weather conditions
- Management approval
- Requests must be made at least 72 hours before the scheduled activity.
7. Refund Processing
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days.
- Bank transfer or payment gateway charges may be deducted from refund amounts.
8. Important Notice
- Marine activities are subject to weather, sea conditions, and safety regulations.
- GoRedang reserves the right to cancel or modify itineraries for safety reasons without liability.
